This method didn’t just work for me; it’s transformed how my clients engage with their audiences too. The 7 Taps Framework:

Tap 1: Strangers

The journey starts with strangers—those vast numbers of people who haven’t yet had the pleasure of experiencing your magic. Every successful fan base starts here.

My goal?

Make them stop and notice.

I do this by dropping the most engaging, eye-popping content right where they hang out.

Think of it like throwing a fun party and making sure everyone’s invited.

When you nail that first impression, strangers begin to take an interest, setting the stage for the next tap.

Tap 2: Familiars

Once strangers notice you, they transition into familiars.

These are the folks who’ve seen your name pop up maybe on an ad or a post shared by a friend.

They’re not fans yet, but they’re on the edge of becoming one.

I keep myself on their radar by popping up more frequently. Whether it’s through retargeting ads or guest appearances on popular platforms, I make sure they remember my face and my message.

It’s like seeing a new friend around and getting to know them slowly.

Tap 3: Followers

Here’s where it gets exciting. Followers have given you the nod.

They like what you’re throwing down and hit follow on your social media or subscribe to your newsletters or lead magnets.

But the relationship needs nurturing.

I keep them hooked with consistent content that hits right at the heart of their interests, sprinkling in calls-to-action that invite them to engage more directly.

It’s about turning that nod into a conversation.

Tap 4: Engagers

Engagers are golden.

They don’t just watch your stuff; they react, comment, and share.

I get to learn how to better serve my community and I convert tap 3's into 4's and beyond much quicker than ONLY experimenting with content and waiting for them to come to me.

I make this transition smooth by showcasing the value of my offerings with clear, compelling calls-to-action and irresistible first-time offers.

Once they buy, the aim is to keep them coming back.

Repeat customers are your brand’s backbone.

They not only buy more but also spread the word.

These folks are not just buying; they’re believing in your mission.

I foster this relationship by involving them in my process, acknowledging their support publicly, and offering perks like referral bonuses.
